Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Shipping policy.
Shipments to the peninsula are made within a period of three to four business days. For the Balearic Islands, they will be carried out within four to five working days. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, within seven to ten business days.
2. Return or exchange policy.
Any product purchased at GARLIGHT can be returned within 15 days from the date the purchase was made. In order to proceed with the return, the item must be unused, and in the same conditions in which it was received. To proceed with the return, contact us at: contact.garlight@gmail.com.
Once the email with the reasons for the return is received, instructions for sending the product will be indicated. Once received, we will verify that the condition is appropriate, and the amount of the item will be refunded through the purchase method used.
IMPORTANT : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If it is an exchange for a product of a lower value, the proportional part will be refunded. On the contrary, if the exchange is for a product of higher value, the difference between the price of the first product and the final product must be paid.
